Recipe: Green Smoothie

A quick and simple recipe to make eating healthy a bit easier! This smoothie is great to have any time of the day and so refreshing when the sun is out!  If you don’t like spinach…I promise you won’t taste it!

Ingredients 

Spinach 1 cup

Banana 1

Kiwi 1 or 2 depending on size

Apple 1

Seeds (i used chia) *optional* 1tbsp

Apple juice 1/2 cup or add more for a less thick smoothie 

Any other fruit lying around – i used grapes

*optional* Greek yogurt for protein 

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.
